A perfect indian thought... You want an Independent Own House and invest in long term Options and that too in index stocks and in Mutual SIP Equity Funds with dividend plan and also have a floating rate of interest....

But aren't there any internal conflicts.....Options and Index stocks..Does they get together
well...Dividend plans? Are they selected for long term investments? SIP is usually for
reserved investor whereas Floating rate is usually selected by persons who is ready to take
risk...

Engiyo Idikuthe anna....

When it comes to both the options given in each of the line items I my choice would be the bold one for various reasons.

"invest in long term Options"
Options (as in derivatives) are not long term.

"Options and Index stocks..Does they get together
well..."
I think there is no correlation between these. Not sure what you are asking. pls clarify.

"Dividend plans? Are they selected for long term investments?"
I have changed it. I actually meant 'growth plan'. This is for long term.

"SIP is usually for
reserved investor whereas Floating rate is usually selected by persons who is ready to take
risk..."
Again, choice is between RD & SIP. Yes, you are right SIP is something a risk averse person would go for. Whereas floating is not. In long term floating is beneficial compared to fixed (home loan) option.

no offense anna...

I was just mentioning that the things in the list were not usually selected by the 'similar' type of investors. For eg: A reserved investor will go for SIP. At the same time, he will go for Fixed because he will not have the courage to go for Floating.

Similar comparison for Options. Options (atleast as far as I read) is for investors who are ready to take risk. But the index stocks for the guys who invest and take rest for a long time... (Am I correct? correct me if i am wrong...)

long term and growth plan..ya..now its fine...
