Elixir of life - Recipe

Required:
Red or black Grapes - 4 Kg
Sugar - 3.75 Kg
Cinnamon stick - 1 or 2 (of length 2-3 inches)
Wheat - 250 grams
Air tight Container - 1 (the old styled pickle jar suits well)

Making Procedure:
Remove the grapes from the stick (or stem?) and wash it properly. Dry the grapes to get rid of the moisture. There should not be any moisture at all on the grapes.

Put half kg grapes in the container. Add half kg of sugar on top of the grapes. Add a handful of wheat on top of grapes and sugar. Repeat adding grapes, sugar and wheat in the same manner until all this lasts. Add the cinnamon stick on top.

Close the container air tight. Note that there should not be any moisture at all. Keep the container in a place with no heat or moisture nearby. Once a week open the container carefully and stir the contents using a dry spoon. Do it carefully such a way that no moisture gets into the container. Repeat this stirring exercise once a week for 60 days.

At the end of 60 days, pour the contents of the container into a glass thru a filter. Just pour it do not squeeze the residues. Throw away the residues. The filtered liquid that comes out of the container is the elixir of life, it is also known as Wine.

End Note:
More the number of days you keep tastier the wine becomes.

Champagne is a variance of wine. If you want to have Champagne....well, go get it in liquor shop.

Thank Note:
Thanks to Jack & Ancy for educating me with this wine making procedure (or should I say vinification process?)

What is this Anna?
Do you want to spend 60 days for a 'Child's drink'? I will tell you a better drink.. try this...

Ingredients
Water - 2 Pots (As much muddy.. As much better)
Rusty Iron Drum - 1
Big Eveready batteries - 4/6 (as per the requirement)
Banana Peels (Outer) - 15 - 25
Rotten Tomatoes - As per the requirement
Vegetable remains (taken from the market) - 5 kilos
Died Dog
(died before 2 days - 1
atleast)
Special Powder - Highly expensive item. Could be got at the back of the Choolaimedu Railway station.

Making Procedure:
1. Preperation of the Drum:
Put the dog into the drum. Put a plate over the dog. The plate must have a number of small holes in it. This will enable the water will flow over the dog. But the dog's body will not disturb the stirring process.

2. Mixture:
Dump all the items, but the powder, and start boiling the water. Mix every 20 minutes. For each mix add the powder in equal quantities.

3. Repeat the process for about 4 -6 hours. Stop boling. Leave it for about 1 hour for the solution to become clear. Then filter the remains in a glass bottle.

4. Now close your nose, have a GULP. Immediately take a fingerful of Pickle and keep it in the tongue. The current which would pass from the tongue to top of you head will remaind you the graphic scenes of Ratchagan, Anniyan, etc....

Then what, You may start singing, 'Namma Singari Sarakku Nalla Sarakku,.....'.. Try teaching this to Jack and Ancy too...:-)

Note: Effects will be better if you prepare this on 'New Moon' day.
