Can you define Beauty?
so you are trying to find a correlation between beauty and dressing sense ? I don't think there exists one.
Even if we assume beauty in our own definitions and dressing sense like the recent fashion "sneha green" or "sneha orange" color dresses :-)

I partly agree with all of the above...the point here is how you carry yourself...beauty and sense of dressing can't be correlated...the p & c of one or more of the above are too many...

Beautiful girl with less dressing sense look beautiful or less depends on how bad there dressing sense is.
Less beautiful girls with good dressing sense look beautiful or less depends on how bad they look.

This is true for unknown girls we look in the road or party. Once you know them the beauty is based on how good their heart or character is ( thought of the day :-)

Guess, as the old adage goes, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
(Still as Barani said dress makes half the (wo)man).
For all the options mentioned i would say partailly yes.
But I have my own options too:
a) Not all beautiful girls have good sense of dressing.
b) Not all girls who dress well are beautiful.
Again, dressing depends upon various factors.According to me 'MOOD'(attitude,situation) decides. If a person's(girl's)day starts with a possitive attitude the dressing is good, indirectly the good-dressing adds beauty. So be it beautiful or not-so-beautiful; dressing(or mood) can change the way the outer world looks at a girl.
Also i would like to add one more thought. 'Miss China'(with great sense of dressing) who has won the title of 'Miss world' might not be the beauty of the world. There might be some unknown 'Miss X'(with traditional paavada thaavani) from some village in TamilNadu who will be naturally beautiful than her.But showcasing, advertisement,popularity and stuff has crowned this female as 'Miss world'.
Finally, as everyone above have mentioned 'beauty is in the eyes of the beholder'

when a girl is wearing a good dress.she is like very attractive and pretty.my opinion is that a girl without wearing a good dress is not like by her boy friend so she should wear a good,attractive, hot and sexy dress.

All qualities are not available in the girl but about dressing beautiful always seems beautiful in any type of dressing but less beautiful creates a good sense through its dressing way. So its different.
